Designed in a modern pueblo style, the Sandoval County Justice Complex is a new court/sheriff office/administration complex in a 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Courthouse with three full-size district courtrooms, three related chambers, jury deliberation and staff spaces. A central lobby is the main organizing element and features a vaulted skylight. The lobby serves court administration services, court clerk and the sheriff’s office and allows separate entries for different agencies. The building is oriented to provide spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains from the lobby and office spaces.
